Which is best in market and has greater scope in future out of the below 3 categories 1) Share point 2010 Development 2) Windows & SQL Azure Development 3) Windows Phone 7 Development

All three have a good future and I think you got the ranking right to based on the jobs trends I am seeing recently. May be Azure will be in more demand than SharePoint.
