SharePoint or Dynamic CRM

Question

Hi I am Rajesh seeking a career advice. Currently I am working for an MNC using the .Net Technologies (C# ASP.NET) and SQL Server. I have very good knowledge in .Net and SQL Server. But I am not satisfied with the pay I am getting. So I want to change or update my skills to SharePoint or Dynamic CRM to change the career for better pay scales. And I know that .Net is a prerequisite for these technologies. Could you please advice which is better for better for career. Many Thanks Rajesh

Hi I am not sure regarding Dynamic CRM but I understand the SharePoint very well. I am working on SharePoint since last 8+ years. SharePoint is very good product and very vast. Currently SharePoint 15 is in use and MS is planning to release the SharePoint 16 very soon. Also there are two types solutions Farm Solution (On Premises) and SharePoint Online (Office 365 Cloud). But now my experience says its not like mastering one product like SharePoint its continuously changing. But understanding/mastering the systems like CMS (Content Management System). So learning SharePoint will give an understanding of Content Management System and then you can check other content management systems compare those and provide the choices to customers. Please feel free in case if you require any kind of details regarding SharePoint.
