shop booking management system erd

Question

I am confused creating erd of booking management system in database there are some tables:

shop table
project table
client table

and some others

project contains shops like one project contains 100 shops and other project contains 200

now client comes and books a shop with 10% of total amount of shop like there is a shop called G-11cost 8 million 10% of shop is 800k

client pays 800k as per policy. installment of shops starts the other cost of shop divided in 24 month

client pays 6 installments in 6 months and want to sell its shop. shop is transferred into another client who purchased this shop and then installments continue. how will I manage installment of shops and booking of shop?

keep in mind

booking amount should not be exactly 10%
1 shop can transferred to other clients many times
shop can also be purchased with partnership like 1 shop have two clients

I am confused in table relation of installment, booking and how I manage partnership shops

Hi usman By your post your concept have more loop... My advice is before create the table make planning. .. you only know the full concept of the software... disscuss with your team... split your work in small parts then do... that will make your s/w perfect.
