Short cut OR easy way to replace code

Question

PLZ SUGGEST ME THE SHORT-CUT OR AN ANY EASY WAY SO THAT I CAN MAKE SUCH CHANGES EASILY IN MY WHOLE PROJECT

this a line of code m giving below:
cmd.Parameters.Add("@LocationID", SqlDbType.NVarChar).Value = GV.Rows[i].Cells[2].Text.Trim();
And I have to change this line as:
cmd.Parameters.Add("@LocationID", SqlDbType.NVarChar).Value =Server.HtmlDecode( GV.Rows[i].Cells[2].Text.Trim());

select text GV.Rows[i].Cells[2].Text.Trim(); and press ctrl+F and Replace all with Server.HtmlDecode( GV.Rows[i].Cells[2].Text.Trim());
