What is the best approach to display images selecting from a shared folder.

In my wpf application i want show all the images from a local shared path in a gridview with thumbnails and detailsview models. Now in my code i already done but its taking 5 min time. so i want to quick response within 1 min

Where you want to render image? Is it HTML or aspx or cshtml ? And also how do you want to render image is it static or dynamic (based on any event)? twitter @sumitjolly
