lol Bonnie Skip it anyway. I figured it out. In case anyone's interested instead of setting ppDisp to the MS Web Browser control you set ppDisp to the web browser control's .Application property. private void htmlControl_NewWindow2(object sender AxSHDocVw.DWebBrowserEvents2_NewWindow2Event e) { // send the new web browser instance back to the caller. MyWebBrowserForm myBrowser = new MyWebBrowserForm(); e.ppDisp = myBrowser.htmlControl.Application; // here's the trick where html control is the MS Web Browser AXcontrol // and finally show the new window myBrowser.ShowDialog() }
