If you mean you want to create a .NET C# application to process Audio steams (audio signals) you can try using LEADTOOLS DirectShow Audio Processing filters such as Detection Chorus VU Meter etc. You can find more details here: https://www.leadtools.com/help/leadtools/v19/multimedia/filters/filterscodecsandinterfaces-audiofilters--rollup.html Note that you can use these filter in conjunction with LEAD player convert or capture controls.
