simple form by MVC4 using linq to sql

Question

Good Day Brothers and Sisters...

i have requested to make a form  by mvc4 (design pattern) and linq to sql to connect to database.

i am stocked how can i do this ? what about design  tools can i use toolbox ? how can i used in controller?

note:the form content of 4 text item and gridview...

please help me as soon as possible..

You can write a Web API using asp.net and call your web API methods from the Angular application with the help of Angular HTTP service importing from '@angular/http'.
