single database in different devices

Question

my question is, is there any way to use single database between the same uwp application running on different devices?? and also which database is recommended to do this??

In short, i want to use the same database in my application which has to be run on different devices and should all devices connected to the same database, and i don't know how to do that. Can any one help please?
