Skype Integration in project

Question

Hi,
I want to integrate Skype calling and chat in my web application. Can any one help me doing this.
I tried adding through javascript but its not working.
On click of Skype logo i should be able to do direct call to user using his/her Skype id.

I am using .net 4.0
