SOAP Request/Response C#

Question

Hello Everyone I developed a web application and at a point of this application I would like to send a message to another server using SOAP Request/Response. I have no idea how to develop this. I couldn't find anything on the web. I found that there is messageFactory for Java if anyone knows it. Is there anything similar for c#.net? I want to send a SOAP request to a server with a message in it and get the response from that server. Wait for your help immediately as I have to complete the project and this is the last part of it. Thanks for your help in advance.

For Soap Request and Response You can use WCF services in asp.net.
