Social Media Sharing in dot net

 I am working on ASP.net MVC framework project. I need to implement Social media sharing into my project. I tried google for the solution but not getting how to do it properly.

like above,  i am getting some links for the reference. But i want to implement Linkedin and Twitter Likes and comments count using REST API or any third party tool(free).

 

Please give suggestions/solutions ASAP. Any help would be appreciated.
