Social Media Sharing in dot net

Question

Hello I am working on ASP.net MVC framework project. I need to implement Social media sharing into my project. I tried google for the solution but not getting how to do it properly. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/21012357/facebook-twitter-linkedin-share-link-count http://www.sharedcount.com/ like above i am getting some links for the reference. But i want to implement Linkedin and Twitter Likes and comments count using REST API or any third party tool(free). Please give suggestions/solutions ASAP. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks Vishal for replying. The link which you provided is using javascript/jquery code. But can you suggest some links which are providing social sharing counts for various platforms like:FacebookTwitterLinkedin and Google +. I want to get the counts from these social sites by consuming REST API.
