solution can not open

I developed a web solution in win2000 serverwhen I upgrate the server to domain controllerI can not debug the solution(HTTP 500 error)and then I degrade the serverI can not open the solution(HTTP 404 errorthe solution path is not according to the URL)who can help me?

I had a similar problem and fact was that the IIS didn´t work correctly and several ASP.NET components were not working. Check in the administrative tools on your machine whether everything is running at the moment. Greetings gilthanas

The project file can not open too. The main meaning of error message is the file path and the URL should map to the same server location Thanks.
