source code for fb like button as gate for downloading file

i want to get facebook like on my website ..people generally download some pdf frm my website......is it possible that people first like my fb page then they can see download link

Step 1: To detect weather a user has clicked like edge.create is used Code: FB.Event.subscribe('edge.create'function(response) { download(); }); Step 2: If suppose the user have already liked the pagefollowing code is used to handle it.
