SP2013 corrupted .xlsx file - Need to recover

Question

I need to recover a corrupted .xlsx file in SP2013 document library. The document cannot be downloaded(or)copied(or)restored back to previous versions.It shows "Cobalt Error was thrown" while restoring it to previous versions.

 

Tried exporting the document through designer/opening it from excel also fails. Other .xlsx files in same doc library renders fine.Any other possible ways to recover the corrupted one.
