Hello Hemanth Try this :- SELECT * INTO NewtableName FROM OldTableName Ex :- SELECT * INTO tbl_Emp1 FROM tbl_Emp

right click on database>task>generate script>next> select specific database object> choose your table> next>click on advance>general>types of data to script>dropdown choose >Schema and data >ok>next >finish> run script to database and rename the tablename
