SQL Server R2 and LightSwitch

Hi,

I am using VS 2010 with LightSwitch installed. Before installing SQL Server R2, LightSwitch worked fine. But after installing SQL Server R2 its giving error like the below one.

Error:

Error 11 An error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server instance '.SQLEXPRESS'.
A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. Please Help me.
