which is the best one in stored procedure and view? stored procedure can return value?

1. Functions are used for doing computations and SP's are for performing business logic. 2. Function must return a value but in SP's its an optional. 3. Function parameters are always IN, no OUT parameters is possible. 4. Using Stored Procedure we can handle number of queries(Insert, update, delete )........ Hi, we cannot say which is the best one. Stored procedure is a precompiled execution statement. So it reduce the traffic. There are 3 types of procedure. 1) in parameter 2) out parameter 3) in/out parameter View is a virtual table. View is derive from base table.if we delete base table view also automatically will delete. There are 2 types of view 1) Simple view. 2) Complex view.
