sqldatetime overflow error

These are the two parameters used in sql2005 and .net.but i got values like this.how to solve? @DTFROM 01/jan/0001 @DTTO 01/jan/0001

The days field should be between Jan 1 1753 and Dec 31 9999 . The time field must be earlier than '11:59:59:999PM' .
