Q) why static constructor cant take parameters & no access modifier ? Please give proper & correct answer don't answer just for the sake of reply

Hi Let me try to explain. Static Consructor is used by only static class. so you cant create object for any static class. Static class has only static members. Hence Static members can be initiated without passing any parameters.
