Hi, If you will create your application using MVC razor then we have to use C# for controller and model in MVC razor. Partially yes because we are using Html, Css and javascript in web based technologies. In Web form, we maximum used Asp.Net control to bind or any crud operation but i n MVC Razor, we are using maximum Html control, Jquery, Javascript and CSS. So, we need to understand HTML, Jquery , JavaScript and CSS also. I hope , this details would be helpful to you.
