I think the product would be more flexible if it did not bundle everything in one package that included the monitor. It would be better if the monitor at least were separate. Most people with big screens I think do not use the audio built into the television so the greatest innovation would be to improve on that design. If an Apple television provides audio built-in in a manner that has been done for more than half a century then that is not innovation. We are at a point where the definition of television and computer is becoming very blurred. So perhaps Steve Jobs's idea is revolutionary but until we know what that is there is nothing that interestes me about Apple televison.
