Sticking Permanently

Is there any way to save sticky note on the computer desktop permanently. I mean even if you reboot the computer sticky note should appear on the desktop. Is there any way alternative to this.

I don't know which version of Windows you're using but in Windows 7 if Sticky Notes is still open when you reboot then it should re-open automatically after rebooting. So in other words don't close it when you reboot.
