As you have not mentioned more detail that how you are adding the value in list I am assuming that you are adding the value through GUI. Please follow this steps: Open the list setting page Click on Validation Settings Enter your condition there For detail regarding condition you can visit the link shown in image. From here you can choose your condition syntax and do your job

Hi AakashThanks for you replay on this post i went to Validation Settings  Insert Column are avalable only current list columns but i would like to compare another list collumn number value only i try to create Lookup column that is also column are not getting appire
