Store and Retrieve Image in GridView

Hello Guys how r u all? My Question is How can i Save Image in Database and Then Retrieve that image in Gridview Control in Asp.net 3.5? Reply Soon Thanks.

when i do it with listview then this error occours Inconvertible type mismatch between SourceColumn 'wall' of String and the DataColumn 'wall' of Byte[]. plz help me i want to make wallpaper website

1. To store image into database u should store only the path of image and real image will be in ur project image folder. 2.when u r retrieving data from database and showing it into gridview then to show image into gridview write this following code Do gridview AutoGenerateColumns property false after that do like DataSourceID=SqlDataSource1> SortExpression=BookName /> ' /> Here BookImage BookName Is the table field name where u r storing image path. it will work let me know if u face any problem.

I would like to suggest you to store the path of images in database instead of storing images. It improve the accessing as your database size not increased.
