I am working a project and I want to using a some string component.Explain the importance and use of each component of this string: Foo.Bar, Version=2.0.205.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=593777ae2d274679d ?

That's what's known as an 'assembly identity string'. Foo.Bar is the name of the assembly which can either be an .exe or .dll file. 2.0.205.0 is the assembly version - the numbers are the major minor build and revision numbers. 'neutral ' means that the assembly is not sensitive to any particular culture. 593777ae2d274679d is the public key token which is a unique identifier given to a 'strong named' assembly to distinguish it from all other shared assemblies even if they have the same name.
