Hi In your Convert.ToBoolean() function the value should be true or false for it to work. In your below code - Convert.ToBoolean(userRight[wbCanView].ToString()); Check what is the value you getting for userRight[wbCanView].ToString() It should be  true  or  false . Else this line will throw error. Like wise check at other 2 places also. If you are getting 1 or 0 you should convert it to true or false accordingly.
