subject for thesis - programming

i'm looking for help - i am a student at computer science / programming and i will become a master of science soon (i hope) but first i need to find the subject for my thesis. could you help me? i'm looking for interesting newnesses, technologies, solutions, techniques, etc. related for exaple with .NET platform and other ideas related with programming domain which could be investigated.
