Suggest for upload file and obtain link to download

hi there i'm a newer here. I need a suggestion for a service of uploading file which allow me to upload a file and give me a link for direct download to send it via mail to a different subject(like Wetrasfer). By my project c# i upload my zip file and send a mail whith the link to download. Any one know some thing to help me? I'm so sorry if this is a OT.... thx

i need a service like drop box or google drive i haven't a my webservice or smoething like it. I need a service on line taht allow me to interface and upload file and get as response a link to download the file
