Since it is 2 years now from you did B.Tech, it will be slightly difficuilt to come in IT, but there are still chances you can come in IT sector. I would recommend you to join any training institiute who provides training in IT in .Net, Java or other technologies. Search best training institues in your area they can also assist you to get a first job. My recommendation for your training would be Hadoop, or UI developer. There are shortage of Hadoop or Big data developer currently, also it is next generation technology. UI development is hot topic currently, big companies still searching UI developer. If you are interested in UI development then learn AngularJs 2. Also If you do traing of MEAN stack developer, it'll be better. If you intrested coding side that will be slight difficult but you better to choose supporting side in IT
