Switching Mail database from Windows Outlook to Apple Mail.

Question

Hello, I am switching to mac systems and I need to transfer mail database from Windows Outlook to Apple Mail. There are tons of emails that I need to move from Windows Outlook to Apple Mail and believe me there are tons of them. I just don't know how to do it. I hope that windows people who have switched to mac must have gone through this problem.

 

Please help me to find a solution that is quick is easy.

Hi, Thank you very much for your answer, but you have written cross site scripting for XST but I think it is not correct, What do you think?
