System requirement for using .Net3.0

I wanted to use .Net3.0 What is the basic system requirement for using that.

Hi .Net 3.0 can be used in the following OS's windows 2003 server SP1 windows XP sp2 Windows Vista * By default FW 3.0 is bundled with this OS RAM : 256MB is recommended

Minimum 256MB RAM Windows XP Vista or 2003 for .NET 3.0 framework.
