System Troubleshooting Error Tracing using C#

Question

I want to make a application which will trace the problem of pc in a USB Pendrive in a text file.
For eg: when you start a pc and it restarts within seconds, then how could you understand the problem? So I want to make a application in which you should attach a pendrive to your pc when your pc is shutdown, then you should start your pc and the problem should recorded in a text file in your pendrive, so that it will be easy to solve problem.
