Does anyone know how to solve this error.

Additional information: Could not load file or assembly 'NETGeographic.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found.

i create NetGeographic.dll in VS2013 (from c++ code)

I am checked x86 in VS2013 and 32bit Win7 operaing system.

If you're using DllImport to invoke functions from a private dll then it's generally best to copy the dll to the executable's folder as this is the first place which will be searched. If you've already done this then the most likely reason for the error is that the dll itself depends on other dlls which can't be found. If these are private dlls I'd copy them to the executable's folder as well and see if it will work then.
