Question

Can any body explain what may be reason for this exception and how to fix this one.

Check the aspnet_wp process on machine. If that is stuck then kill it and retry. aspnet_wp.exe gets stuck if it is waiting on any sql conn or sql process. and start utilizing 90-100% memory and cpu. So to remove deadlock kill the process. and make sure it doesnt hung up on any sql or other process.
