Table fields are not updating correctly in mvc4

Question

The fields are not updating correctly in mvc4 database first approach. Fields are adding but nullable property is not updating correctly.please tell me the solution

Either make your properties nullable and corresponding mapped db columns to allow null OR if your db columns does not allow null  then check for null values in model before posting / updating to database.
