Take second result set from stored procedure

Dear ALL INSERT INTO #TEMP EXEC SPNAME @PARA1 @PARA2 If procedure SPNAME gives 2 result set then how i can fetch second result in my temp table.

Hi Mayur Do you have the liberty to change the procedure SPNAME ? If yes then you can add a parameter to it indicating you only need second result set in output. e.g. CREATE PROCEDURE SPNAME --Your Existing Parameters @PARA1 int  @PARA2 int  --Add this new parameter @SecondResultOnly int = 0 AS BEGIN if @SecondResultOnly = 1 begin --output here second result set only Select 2 end else BEGIN --do what you are doing here currently Select 1 Select 2 END END GO

hi U can use union all for insert in single table other wise you will have to use another temp table.
