task management system in asp.net

Question

I want to develop a Task Management System of Employee of my department. In this project, Manager want to see the % completion of Task of employees.

.How i will develop it using ASP.Net, C#. Please suggest me

I have done before some time this type of requirement. you can do it with the help of Gridview. make the Task table like this type TaskId EmployeeID Accept/Reject 1 12 1 is Task Create 1 13 2 is Task Accept 3 is task Complete 4 is Task Reject and some work on girdveiw_rowDataboud event. { if task is accept then show another image ...so on }
