TCP/UDP server cum parser for GPS using C# ??

Question

I have purchased GPRS based GPS (TK-103). GPS sending Co-ordinates data to my static IP/port.. i want TCP data parser that will read and parse data sent by gps and insert in to my database(MS SQL SERVER 2008 R2) can any one help me for this ?
