suhesh selladurai Which techinical document you are taking about ? There are various document created during any software's lifeycle i.e.: - Functional Requirement Document - Highlevel design document - Lowlevel design document - Release notes etc.

Hi.. Technical Document contains - 1. Users requirements (in brief). 2. Technologies used - .NET Framework 3.5/4.0 SQL Server 2005 2008 Oracle 9i10g11i etc 3. IDE - Visual Studio Toad etc 4. Diagrams - Sequence Diagrams Class Diagrams etc. 5. Total number of classes and total methods in each class. 6. Total lines-of-codes (minimum LOC(Lines Of Codes) to run app faster on IIS). 7. Targeted users  how the application is user-friendly scope and future enhancements.
