Technology for Native App.?

Hi All Hope you all are doing well. I want to make Mobile application like (WhatsApp) Not Website . Which microsoft technology i can use? I have to target Andriod Windows and iPhone. Can i make native app. in HTML5? Regards Sahil Maheshwary

Actually there is a framework www.visualwebgui.com  that is an open source framework and that lets you develop cross platform native-like HTML5 mobile apps in C#. you might want to look into. I used it before to develop a few of my mobile apps and i like the easiness of it.
