TEMPORARY tablespace and a PERMANENT tablespace

Hi friends What is the difference between a TEMPORARY tablespace and a PERMANENT tablespace?

Hi Akshay TEMPORARY tablespaces store data that only persists for the duration of a session often internal objects used by the database engine. Examples are global temporary tables temporary storage for large sort operations and temporary storage for large hash joins. TEMPORARY tablespaces use TEMPFILES which are sparsely allocated on the filesystem. PERMANENT tablespaces are for all normal persistent objects; tables indexes stored procedures.
