For Referring Methods of TextBox and Its Event you can always refer MSDN http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.controls.textbox_members.aspx to Write Code In TextBox_Leave event Just Select TextBox then In property Windows In Event Tab Double click like below Image and write code there
