How send BULK SMS through internet to moblie ?
In internet have any provider is need?
Provider required registration... without registration we can send sms in C# widows code...?
I want to sent sms throuh net without any help of provider?

I think the following are previous threads you created asking the same question or close to the same question. At commands Mobile as modem for message Send SMS Send Sms to Mobile Mahesh already said that  Clickatell is one them .
