 How send BULK SMS through internet to moblie ?
 In internet have any provider is need?
Provider required registration... without registration we can send sms in C# widows code...?
I want to sent sms throuh net without any help of provider?

There are lot of sms gateways. One of them which we use is www.clickatell.com
