Textbox enable /disable on drop down change

Question

Hi i want to use javascript code to enable/disable the textbox on selection of value from drop down list. Hi Considering the fact that category says HTML and your code is HTML too I presented this solution. I suggest you raise a new question in MVC category and also attach your code in that mentioning what is not working

Sorry I forgot to mention that i am using this code for MVC. I tried this code.But it didn't work for me.
