Question

How to put fixed values into textbox?

I created user control in witch a user can enter varius types of data.

If it's decimal like 0.00,00 i would like for dot and comma to stay in textbox and numbers can be erased.

Is there a way to do it?

There are a few controls posted on CodeProject that are used for IP's like the textbox found in the Windows IP settings. Anyway you should be able to use one the the methods that they used for implementing their control to do your own or just modify/extend theirs to suit your need. If you are on the web form I suggest you use AJAX instead. Please check www.asp.net for the latest version and sample code of AJAX.NET. If you are on the win form. I think you can hook the key events to filter out what you are concerning about. Good luck!

I don't think you can. You can format the data after postback but you'll probably have to make it two textboxes with the decimal in between.
