TextBoxes Validation

Question

How can I validate 2 textboxes so that the data entry number in textbox 1 is always bigger than that in textbox 2 ?

Sometimes I get really frustrated with Access when I make a mistake and I need to go to another row to fix the problem but Access refuses to let me do that. I must cancel the changes I have made in the current row so that I can fix the problem, enventhough the changes I have to cancel are not the real problem. So in other words, it might be frustrating for your users if you validate each textbox when the focus leaves either one. Consider validating only when the user is finished with both fields; such as when a "save" or "submit" button is pushed.
