The HTTP Service call is unable to find the URL or the URL is blocked

Question

Hello Sir/Madam,

        I am using Flash Uploader in my application. I have instal this successfully but

when I try to upload images using this it give us error like:

There has been an I/O Error: Error #2032: Stream Error: Path....

Please help me to resolve this.
