The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY

From error you can see that nothing is wrong with your code. That table haso foreign key column named card no so it seems like you are trying to enter a card no which doesn't exist in the table ( where card no is primary key). All you need to do is to have a valid card no Inn the main table and then try inserting into this table.
