[Obsolete(This method is obsolete it has been replaced by System.Configuration!System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager.GetSection)] What kind of error is it. How to rectify it.

This isn't an error as such just a warning that a particular program element should no longer be used and will be removed in the next version of .NET.
